Telemundo informed the community about Project Latino STYLE which helps improve communication between parents and teens ages 14 to 17 as they grow and become independent.
Is a research study for health promotion where parents and their teens will learn about various topics.
Who can participate?
Latino families who meet the following requisites:
• Adolescent between the ages of 14-17 and one parent or legal guardian
• One of the parents or legal guardian must be able to speak and read in Spanish
• Adolescent must be able to speak and read in English
• Adolescent must have lived with the parent or legal guardian for at least the last three months
